Help me track down a dishonest carbon composite company

A while back I was in the market for some carbon door cards for my subaru, while shopping around I came across a company that was called "carbon composites" in or around Krakow, Poland after talking with them threw email I decided to buy several sets of door cards along with a few other carbon and kevlar parts. However once I sent the money to there bank account there attitudes changed. They gave me one excuses after another on why they hadn't shipped out my parts. Being from the United States I do not really know what I can do to get my money back from them so I am reaching out to the local Polish subaru community in hopes that you can help me out or at very least I can inform others of these cheats.

fateo66, I'm not a lawyer, but I would recommend you to describe this case as detailed as you can and send it to [email protected]. This is email address of Polish public prosecution. I guess they can help you.

fateo66, even though I am working in this industry for quite a few years now I don't recognise the names. I will do some asking around tomorrow and let you know here if I can find out who these people are. In any case getting your money back will be hard I am afraid.
